The phytochemical analysis of the plant extracts is as follows:

Plant Extract refers to a substance extracted or processed from a plant (all or a part of a plant) as a raw material using an appropriate solvent or method. Can be used in the pharmaceutical industry, Food industry (Food Additives), Cosmetic Raw Material (Cosmetic Raw Material) daily chemical industry and other industries.

There is a conceptual crossover between plant extracts and Herbal extracts. The raw materials of plant extracts in China mainly come from Chinese herbs, so domestic plant extracts can also be called Chinese medicine extracts to some extent, and are generally included in the category of Chinese medicine products in China's export trade statistics.

The phytochemical analysis of the plant extracts is as follows:

Sample pretreatment. The collected plant samples were first dried in the shade, then crushed into coarse powder, weighed and soaked in anhydrous ethanol, then extracted in an ultrasonic cleaner for 15 minutes, pumped and filtered to obtain the supernatant, which was evaporated and concentrated in a rotary evaporator.

Instrument conditions. The chromatographic column of the gas chromatograph was DB-5ms, the carrier gas was high purity nitrogen, the inlet temperature was 250℃, the injection volume was 1μL, the shitter ratio was 10:1, and the programmed heating rate was 5℃/min, from 50℃ to 280℃.

Mass spectrum conditions. The ion source is the electron bombardment source (EI), the bombardment energy is 70eV, the interface temperature is 280℃, and the full scanning range is 35~600m/z.

The database. Establish a database of phytochemicals including reference products and sample fingerprints as required.

Data analysis. The peak of fingerprint was matched by data processing software, and the relative percentage of each component was obtained by normalization of peak area.
